Who knew we had our very own
Sartorialist trending the pavements of Sydney taking photos of our most fashionable few. Unless you are a reader of the Sun Herald you, like I, might have missed it. Fernando
Frisoni, the
Brazilian designer based here in Sydney, is also a fashion snapper and I attended the exhibition of his work last night. Entitled "
Paddington Personalities" and held as part of the
Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival, his photos of people doing what they do on the Streets of
Paddington (
Sartorialist Style) were printed on
Lycra and displayed all over the upstairs bar at The
Beauchamp Hotel. I liked it and was inspired to check out his blog
fernandofrisoni.com/blog which features fashion faces such as Pip Edwards, Christine
Centenera (
Harpers Bazaar) and Clare Press (formerly of Vogue and now c
reator/designer of label Mrs Press). I do love a fashion blog and I love that this one is dedicated to people on the streets of Sydney...
