That 90s trend we didn't think we'd see so soon is back. If you hadn't already noticed cropped tops are in folks and we are seeing sweet things all over the place wearing them. Only for the brave and preferably the toned, cropped tops are being seen in all manner of styles. In its simpliest form it is an old t-shirt cut to size but leather, lace and corseted versions have made it onto catwalks, celebrities and editorial.
