Racing season inspiration

We are now full swing into racing season and I know this may come a little late for some but for those still seeking inspiration here it is.

These images were taken backstage at Erin Fetherston a New York based designer. Unfortunately she isn't stocked in Australia so these images for purely for inspiration but I note she is stocked online at RevolveClothing and ShopBop both of which ship internationally.

For something a little easier to come by check out Alannah Hill. I know she isn't for everyone but her latest collection really does have something for everyone. My favourites are her Glitter Bow Belt which comes in navy and red and her Strawberry Hat (images not shown so you'll have to go instore to check them out!).

Tutu for you? Oui oui for me!

I bought this Samvara tutu a few weeks back. It's one of those impractical things you just have to have. I've organised a girls dinner this Saturday at a French place I've been meaning to try and I'm thinking it might be the occasion to wear it. Carrie Bradshaw eat your heart out!




I'm thinking:
- black tights/leggings
- black highest of heels
- white bassike tee/boyfriend shirt
- black waist belt
Hmmm...
